Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, which is why we allow order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, we might not be able to modify your order as it moves to processing. Should you cancel within the 24-hour window, expect your refund processed within 7 business days.

Confidence in our products is high, and we urge you to experience Rolevi for at least 14 days to witness their full impact. If you're not satisfied post-14 days but before 60 days, returning the product is an option. Please note, shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

For returns, contact our support team via our Contact Us page or directly at support@rolevi.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used for the purchase to streamline the return process.

Damaged Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging, aiming to protect against damage. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. However, damage to packaging alone, like dented boxes, does not qualify for damage if the product inside remains unaffected.

Report damaged items within 72 hours of receipt by emailing support@rolevi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess and determine eligibility for a replacement at no extra cost. Note, we do not cover items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is prompt delivery, yet some situations beyond our control may cause delays. These include courier issues, customs delays, or other shipping challenges. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Rolevi is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an error is made and not corrected within 24 hours of your order, Rolevi cannot offer a resend or refund.
